Description
<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Wilcox County providing for the
assessment and collection of the law enforcement defenders
service fee relating to circuit and district court defendant
service fees in Circuit and District court civil cases that is
collected for each defendant in excess of one when personal
service is required; and to provide for how the additional
funds shall be distributed.
