Description

This bill would increase docket fees in all civil cases in the circuit and district courts excluding child support cases and in all criminal cases in the circuit, district, and municipal courts and would provide for distribution of the funds.

Relating to the courts in this state; to increase the docket fees in certain civil and criminal cases in the circuit, district, and municipal courts in this state; and to provide for distribution of the revenue.
