HB764 adds three new voting centers in Pike County to serve specific precincts, with locations in Banks, Troy, and Goshen.
The act applies only to Pike County and creates three new voting centers to serve designated precincts: Banks City Hall in Banks for District 3, Precinct 30 and District 4, Precinct 12; Ebenezer County Building in Troy for District 3, Precinct 32 and District 4, Precinct 8; and Henderson Volunteer Fire Department in Goshen for District 4, Precinct 23 and District 6, Precinct 33. It becomes effective immediately after passage and approvals by the Governor. These centers expand where voters in those precincts can cast ballots.
