Motor vehicle dealers, authorized to use cell phone number on applications with Department of Revenue

Description

Under the existing rules of the Alabama Department of Revenue, an entity that files an application for a motor vehicle dealer's license is required to provide in addition to other information on the application a verifiable landline telephone number

This bill would allow an entity that files an application with the Alabama Department of Revenue for a motor vehicle dealer's license to provide in addition to other information on the application either a verifiable landline telephone number or a mobile, wireless, or cellular telephone number
