<p class="bill_description"> Under the existing rules of the Alabama
Department of Revenue, an entity that files an
application for a motor vehicle dealer's license is
required to provide in addition to other
information on the application a verifiable
landline telephone number</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would allow an entity that files
an application with the Alabama Department of
Revenue for a motor vehicle dealer's license to
provide in addition to other information on the
application either a verifiable landline telephone
number or a mobile, wireless, or cellular telephone
number</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To allow an entity that files an application with
the Alabama Department of Revenue for a motor vehicle dealer's
