National Guard, State Defense Force, further provided for as augmentation force, Adjutant General authorized to adopt rules, Sec. 31-2-8 am'd
Description

Existing law provides for the Alabama State Defense Force to assist the Alabama National Guard when the National Guard is called in federal service or by executive order of the Governor.

This bill would specify the Alabama State Defense Force would be an augmentation force to the Alabama National Guard and authorize the Adjutant General to adopt rules concerning the operation of the State Defense Force.
