Title
Municipalities, incorporations after June 13, 2007, validated if any procedures irregular, Sec. 11-41-8 am'd.
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, any attempted
incorporation of a municipality prior to June 13,
2007, which may have had some irregularity in the
procedures for incorporation has been validated</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would extend the date of
validation of any attempted incorporation of a
municipality to the effective date of the enactment
of this bill</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 11-41-8 of the Code of Alabama
1975, to further provide for the validation of any prior
incorporations of municipalities.
</p>
