Title
Municipalities, incorporations after June 13, 2007, validated if any procedures irregular, Sec. 11-41-8 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, any attempted incorporation of a municipality prior to June 13, 2007, which may have had some irregularity in the procedures for incorporation has been validated
This bill would extend the date of validation of any attempted incorporation of a municipality to the effective date of the enactment of this bill
To amend Section 11-41-8 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to further provide for the validation of any prior incorporations of municipalities.
