Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill makes a supplemental appropriation
from the State General Fund to the Alabama
Department of Corrections in the amount of
$45,337,814 for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2012; and makes a supplemental appropriation
from the State General Fund for the wrongful
incarceration of Bridget Lee in the amount of
$118,768 for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2012</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To make a supplemental appropriation from the State
General Fund to the Alabama Department of Corrections in the
amount of $45,337,814 for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2012; and to make a supplemental appropriation from the State
General Fund for the wrongful incarceration of Bridget Lee
from the State General Fund in the amount of $118,768 for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2012.
