This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Corrections in the amount of $45,337,814 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012; and makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund for the wrongful incarceration of Bridget Lee in the amount of $118,768 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012.
