Title
Elections, absentee voter, identification at time of application required, Secs. 17-10-1, 17-10-2 am'd
Description
Under current law, a person voting by absentee ballot is required to submit a copy of personal identification with the voted ballot.
This bill would require a voter voting an absentee ballot to submit personal identification when making the application to vote by absentee ballot.
To amend Sections 17-10-1 and 17-10-2, Code of Alabama 1975, to require a voter voting by absentee ballot to submit a copy of personal identification when making application to vote by absentee ballot.
