Alabama Consumer Credit Act, exemption from license fee removed for certain individuals, Sec. 5-19-22 am'd
Description

Under existing law, there is an exemption from the payment of license fees under the Alabama Small Loan Act for persons licensed under the Alabama Consumer Credit Act

This bill would remove that exemption

To amend Section 5-19-22, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the Alabama Consumer Credit Act; to remove the exemption for the payment of the license fee under the Alabama Small Loan Act for those licensees also licensed under the Alabama Consumer Credit Act.
