Counties required to pay cost of services provided by Department of Forensic Sciences
Description
This bill would require any county for which the Department of Forensic Sciences performs the duties of the county coroner or county medical examiner to pay the cost of the services provided by the Department
To require any county for which the Department of Forensic Sciences performs the duties of the county coroner or county medical examiner to pay the cost of the services provided by the Department; and to provide for the distribution of the remittance.
