Title
Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking on hospital campuses further prohibited, Sec. 22-15A-6 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking in certain public places, including hospitals, except for designated smoking areas
This bill would further prohibit smoking on a hospital campus and would prohibit the designation of a smoking area on hospital property
To amend Section 22-15A-6, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the designation of smoking areas under the Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act; to prohibit smoking on hospital property.
