Title
Agriculture and Industries Dept, public warehouses, permits, bonds filed with Commissioner of Agri and Industries, recording in office of judge of probate repealed, Sec. 8-15-8 repealed
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the operator of a public
warehouse is required to have a permit issued by
the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries and
a bond approved by the commissioner. In addition,
the operator is required to have the bond recorded
by the commissioner in the office of the judge of
probate</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would repeal the law requiring the
bond on a public warehouse to be recorded by the
Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries in the
office of the judge of probate</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To repeal Section 8-15-8 of the Code of Alabama
1975, requiring the bond on a public warehouse filed with the
Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries to be recorded in
the office of the judge of probate.
