Description
Currently, there is a uniform beer tax on beer or malt or brewed beverages sold in Alabama.
This bill would provide for the distribution of proceeds of the uniform beer tax for the Town of Orrville in Dallas County.
To amend Section 28-3-190, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for the distribution of proceeds of the uniform beer tax for the Town of Orrville in Dallas County.
