Title

Description

Relating to any Class 3 municipality organized under Act 618, 1973 Regular Session (Acts 1973, p. 879), as amended; to add Section 4.10 to Article 4 of Act 618, 1973 Regular Session; to authorize the mayor to appoint a deputy mayor; to require the person appointed to serve as deputy to be approved by majority vote of the council; and to provide that the city council shall set the salary of the deputy mayor.
