Description
Relating to Fayette County; to amend Section 8 of Act 86-309 and Sections 1 and 2 of Act 90-191, now appearing as Section 45-29-83.47, Code of Alabama 1975, to increase the special recording and indexing fee and to provide for additional filings upon which the judge of probate shall collect the fee.
