Title
Mobile Bay or Harbor, bar pilots, fees, Sec. 33-4-48 am'd.
Description

This bill would increase on a graduated basis the bar pilot fees for a bar pilot in Mobile Bay or Harbor from $31 per draft foot to $33 per draft foot effective January 1, 2014; to $35 per draft foot effective January 1, 2015; and to $37 per draft foot effective January 1, 2016. The bill would also increase on a graduated basis the bar pilotage fees based on a vessel's maximum registered gross tons from $.045 per ton to $.050 per ton on May 1, 2013; to $.055 per ton on January 1, 2014; to $.0575 per ton on January 1, 2015; and to $.060 per ton on January 1, 2016.

To amend Section 33-4-48 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to further provide for the fees of bar pilots in Mobile Bay or Harbor.
