Title
Jefferson Co., motor vehicles, municipalities authorized to issue registrations under certain conditions, additional issuance fee, distrib. to municipalities, Act 2012-196, 2012 Reg. Sess., am'd.
Description
Relating to Jefferson County; to amend Act 2012-196 of the 2012 Regular Session (Acts 2012, p. 325), authorizing the designated city officers or employees of cities in the county to issue motor vehicle registrations; to specify that issuance would not be authorized when a vehicle has not been previously registered in this state by or in the name of the current vehicle owner; to provide for a city issuance fee; and to provide for the distribution of the proceeds.
