Description
Relating to Jefferson County; to amend Section 1 of Act 2009-612, 2009 Regular Session (Acts 2009, p. 1775), providing for the assessment and collection of a solicitor's fee in criminal cases in the Birmingham Division and the Bessemer Division; and to exclude the municipal court of the City of Birmingham from the assessment and collection of the solicitor's fee.
