Voter registration by electronic method, authorized
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, an individual cannot
register to vote electronically</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would allow individuals to
register to vote electronically and change voter
registration information electronically</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would require the Secretary of
State to adopt rules to implement electronic voter
registration</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to voter registration; to allow individuals
to register to vote electronically and change voter
registration information electronically; and to require the
Secretary of State to adopt rules to implement electronic
voter registration.
