Description: This bill would provide that a portion of the proceeds otherwise designated for the State General Fund pursuant to the British Petroleum (BP) Settlement Agreement for the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill shall be used for road and bridge projects in Baldwin County and Mobile County and for insurance reform.
