Title
Agriculture and Industries Dept., appropriation for bird flu, Governor to release if emergency
Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would make a conditional
appropriation from the State General Fund in the
State Treasury to the Department of Agriculture and
Industries to be used upon release by the Governor
only upon a determination that an emergency exists
and the funds are needed in order for the
department to respond to the occurrence of highly
pathogenic avian influenza in this state</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To make a conditional appropriation from the State
General Fund in the State Treasury to the Department of
Agriculture and Industries, for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2016; and to provide for the release of the
funds by the Governor upon a determination that an emergency
exists and the funds are needed in order for the department to
respond to the occurrence of highly pathogenic avian influenza
in this state.
