Description

Currently, the Gorgas Memorial Board is created by statute to manage the Gorgas Home with consent of the Board of Trustees of the University of Alabama

This bill would repeal that statute

To repeal Section 41-9-220 of the Code of Alabama 1975, creating the Gorgas Memorial Board.
