Title
Credit Union Board, membership, name of entity changed to League of Southeastern Credit Union, Sec. 5-17-55 am'd.
Description
This bill would provide that the League of Southeastern Credit Unions and Affiliates would provide a list of nominees for appointment to certain member positions on the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration.
To amend Section 5-17-55, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to members of the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration; to provide that the League of Southeastern Credit Unions and Affiliates shall provide a list of nominees for certain member positions appointed by the Governor.
