<p class="bill_description"> This bill would authorize the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to require an endorsement, stamp, or license in order to harvest specific species or species groups of marine resources pursuant to requirements and fees established by rule</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources; to authorize the commissioner of the department to require an endorsement, stamp, or license to harvest specific species or species groups of marine resources pursuant to requirements and fees established by rule. </p>
