Motor vehicles, distinctive license plates, firefighters, annual fee of 25 cents for maintenance of Alabama Firefighters Memorial, authorized
Description

This bill would provide for an additional annual fee of twenty-five cents for the issuance of distinctive firefighter motor vehicle license plates issued pursuant to Sections 32-6-271 and 32-6-280, Code of Alabama 1975

This bill would provide that all fees collected pursuant to this act would be deposited into a fund managed by the Alabama Joint Fire Council and used for the purpose of expanding and maintaining the Alabama Firefighter Memorial located in Tuscaloosa

Relating to distinctive firefighter motor vehicle license plates; to provide for an additional annual fee of twenty-five cents; and to provide for the disposition of the fees.
