Title: Motor vehicles, distinctive license plates, firefighters, annual fee of 25 cents for maintenance of Alabama Firefighters Memorial, authorized
Description: This bill would provide for an additional annual fee of twenty-five cents for the issuance of distinctive firefighter motor vehicle license plates issued pursuant to Sections 32-6-271 and 32-6-280, Code of Alabama 1975.
This bill would provide that all fees collected pursuant to this act would be deposited into a fund managed by the Alabama Joint Fire Council and used for the purpose of expanding and maintaining the Alabama Firefighter Memorial located in Tuscaloosa.
