Title
Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort Foundation, Inc., voluntary contributions, income tax refund check-off established, Sec. 40-18-140 am'd.
Description
This bill would provide for a voluntary contribution of a portion of a taxpayer's income tax refund to the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort Foundation, Inc., through a check-off on his or her state income tax return form
To amend Section 40-18-140, Code of Alabama 1975, which provides for a voluntary contribution to named organizations through a check-off on a taxpayer's state income tax return; to include the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort Foundation, Inc., as a named organization and to place certain restrictions on the use of such contributions.
