<p class="bill_description"> This bill would authorize the use of neck
brushes in the practice of cosmetology</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 34-7B-1, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering; to
authorize the use of neck brushes by cosmetologists.
