Under existing law, a county superintendent is required to maintain an office at the county seat
This bill would delete the requirement that a county superintendent of education maintain an office at the county seat
To amend Section 16-9-24, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to county superintendents of education; to delete the requirement that a county superintendent of education maintain an office at the county seat.
