Title
Credit Union Board, membership, providing that the League of Southeastern Credit Union and Affiliates provide a list of nominees for certain membership positions on the board, Sec. 5-17-55 am'd.
Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would provide that the Credit
Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union
Administration, in consultation with the League of
Southeastern Credit Unions or its successor
organization would provide a list of nominees for
appointment to member positions on the Credit Union
Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 5-17-55, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to members of the Credit Union Board of the Alabama
Credit Union Administration; to provide that the Credit Union
Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration, in
consultation with the League of Southeastern Credit Unions or
its successor organization shall provide a list of nominees
for certain member positions appointed by the Governor.
