Description
Relating to St. Clair County; to provide for a booking fee to be assessed as court costs in certain cases in which the defendant is booked or incarcerated in any county jail in St. Clair County if the defendant is convicted or pleads guilty in the circuit court or district court of the county; and to provide for the distribution of revenue from the fee.
