- Description
- Relating to Madison County; to allow manufacturer licensees, along with brewpub licensees, to sell beer produced on their facility to customers for on-premises and off-premises consumption; to allow manufacturer and brewpub licensees to be eligible for Section 28-3A-17.1, Code of Alabama 1975, entertainment district designation; and to allow manufacturer licensees to operate a restaurant on their licensed premises and sell their beer at the brewery and restaurant.
