Description

This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901 to repeal Amendments 386, 387, 413, 440, 506, 508, 542, 549, 550, 565, 569, 599, 600, 612, 674, 692, 732, 743, and 744 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901 that authorize bingo to be conducted by or on behalf of nonprofit organizations in Calhoun County, Covington County, Etowah County, Greene County, Houston County, Jefferson County, Limestone County, Macon County, Lowndes County, Madison County, Mobile County, Morgan County, Montgomery County, Walker County, the City of Jasper, the Town of White Hall in Lowndes County, Russell County, and St. Clair County.
