HB105 provides a supplemental appropriation of $118,125 from the SBI Cost of Evidence Fund to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
It adds $118,125 to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's budget for the 2016 fiscal year, drawn from the SBI Cost of Evidence Fund. This is in addition to any other appropriations. The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (or otherwise becoming law).
