Title
Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, distribution of funds from BP settlement, road and bridge projects in Baldwin and Mobile Counties, insurance reform
Description
This bill would provide that a portion of the proceeds otherwise designated for the State General Fund pursuant to the British Petroleum (BP) Settlement Agreement for the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill shall be used for road and bridge projects in Baldwin County and Mobile County and for insurance reform
To provide that one half of the proceeds otherwise designated for the State General Fund pursuant to the British Petroleum (BP) Settlement Agreement for the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill shall be distributed to the Alabama Department of Transportation for road and bridge projects in Baldwin County and Mobile County and to the Department of Insurance for insurance reform.
