Description

This bill would provide for the issuance of a distinctive Stop Domestic Violence license plate

This bill would provide for an annual additional fee of $50 for the distinctive plate and would provide for distribution of the net proceeds from sale of the plate to the office of the district attorney for the county in which the plate was issued for the use and benefit of domestic violence prevention programs. This bill would also provide for the design of the plates

Relating to motor vehicles; to provide for the issuance of a distinctive license plate for domestic violence prevention programs; to provide for an annual fee for the distinctive license plate; to provide for the distribution of the net proceeds; and to provide for the design.
