Title
Class 3 municipality, city council, police misconduct, investigation procedures for police shooting
Description
Relating to any Class 3 municipality organized under Act 618 of the 1973 Regular Session (Acts 1973, p. 879); to require the city council of the municipality to adopt procedures for the investigation of a police shooting, police brutality, or other police misconduct, and compensation for the victim or the heirs at law of the victim for injuries or death of the victim resulting from a police shooting, police brutality, or other police misconduct.
