Supplemental appropriations, SBI Cost of Evidence Fund to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, Act 2015-540, 2nd Sp. Sess., am'd.
Description

This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the SBI Cost of Evidence Fund to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in the amount of $118,125 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016

This bill also amends Act 2015-540 to delete language that is in conflict with Article IV, Sections 42 and 43 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as per the Alabama Supreme Court's ruling in McInnish v. Riley, 925 So. 2d 174 (Ala. 2005)

To make a supplemental appropriation from the SBI Cost of Evidence Fund to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in the amount of $118,125 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016; and to amend Act 2015-540 to delete language that is in conflict with Article IV, Sections 42 and 43 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as per the Alabama Supreme Court's ruling in McInnish v.
