HB110 would continue the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators in Alabama until October 1, 2021.
It continues the existence and functioning of the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators through October 1, 2021. It preserves the current governing statutes (sections 34-20-1 to 34-20-16) so the board can continue regulating nursing home administrators. The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and governor approval.
