Description

Existing law provides a procedure for the voluntary creation and dissolution of public corporation authorities

This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to dissolve the Huntsville and Madison County Railroad Authority and to provide that all remaining assets, after paying any outstanding debt of the authority, be equally split between the City of Huntsville and Madison County
