This bill would specify that Robert E. Lee's birthday would be observed on the fourth Monday in April

Relating to state holidays; to amend Section 1-3-8 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to specify that Robert E. Lee's birthday would be observed on the fourth Monday in April.
