Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the contribution percentage rate made to the Pension Accumulation Fund by the employer on behalf of state policemen is calculated separately from all other state employees participating in the State Employees’ Retirement System</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would remove the separate calculation of employer contribution percentage rate for state policemen</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 36-27-24, Code of Alabama 1975, to remove the separate calculation of employer contribution percentage rate made to the Pension Accumulation Fund by the employer for state policemen. </p>
