Relating to Madison County; amending Act 2003-195 of the 2003 Regular Session (Acts 2003, p. 515), providing for the distribution of certain proceeds from the beer tax to fund the Senior Citizens' Prescription Drug Program in the county; to further provide for the funds not expended at the end of each fiscal year beginning in 2017.
