Description
Relating to Pike County; to provide for the assessment of additional court costs in certain civil, criminal, or quasi-criminal proceedings in municipal, district, and circuit courts of Pike County; to provide that the costs, upon collection, shall be distributed to a special fund, designated as the "Jail Fund," in the county treasury to be expended by the county for maintaining, repairing, and operating the county jail or jail complex.
