Title
Shelby Co., county board of education and superintendent of education, elected by electors residing outside of corporate limits of any city with a city board of education, const. amend.
Description

This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to require that the members of the Shelby County Board of Education and the Shelby County Superintendent of Education be elected by the qualified electors of the county who reside outside of the corporate limits of any city located within the county that has a separate city board of education.
