Title
Counties, warrants for public facilities, facilities may include facilities owned by municipalities, Sec. 11-28-1.1 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, a county may issue warrants for the purpose of financing the cost of acquiring public facilities, by construction, purchase, or otherwise
This bill would provide that the facilities acquired may be owned by a municipality
To amend Section 11-28-1.1, Code of Alabama 1975, authorizing a county to issue warrants for the purpose of financing public facilities, to include public facilities owned or acquired by a municipality located within the county as public facilities for purposes of this chapter.
