This bill continues the Alabama Security Regulatory Board's existence and activities through October 1, 2023.
It keeps the Alabama Security Regulatory Board operating through October 1, 2023 and preserves the statutes that govern it (Sections 34-27C-1 to 34-27C-18). The bill follows a Sunset Committee recommendation and the Legislature's agreement. It becomes effective immediately upon passage and governor's approval.
