HB 114 extends the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission's existence and authority through October 1, 2023 under the Alabama Sunset Law.
It continues the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission and preserves its enabling code sections (8-26B-1 to 8-26B-31) through Oct. 1, 2023. The Sunset Committee recommended the continuation and the Legislature concurs. The measure becomes effective immediately upon passage and governor's approval.
