- Description
Under existing law, the Secretary of State is required to bind and distribute volumes of legislative acts and resolutions adopted each legislative session to various entities.
This bill would authorize the Secretary of State to distribute volumes of the legislative acts and resolutions in electronic format, including posting the acts and resolutions on the public website of the Secretary of State and provide for notice to all recipients.
