Description: Relating to DeKalb County; to amend Section 45-25-232 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as last amended by Act 91-456, 1991 Regular Session (Acts 1991, p. 828), which fixes the fee for issuance of a pistol permit in the county; to reduce that fee; and to provide for a further reduced fee for persons aged 62 or older or who are active duty first responders.
