Description

Relating to Sumter County; to amend Sections 1 and of Act 2464, 1971 Regular Session (Acts 1971, p. 3929), as last amended by Act 97-247 of the 1997 Regular Session (Acts 1997, p. 429), providing for the issuance fee and distribution of the fee for pistol permits issued by the sheriff; to increase the fee, and to provide further for the distribution of the fee; and to repeal Section 3 of Act 2464, 1971 Regular Session, as amended.
